Privacy Policy.
ALIFY Digital LLC (“ALIFY”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have — written to be read, not just filed.
1 · Scope
This policy applies to alify.agency, our client portals, and communications with prospective and current clients. It is designed to meet the requirements of the EU/UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
2 · What we collect
- Contact data — name, email, company and message contents you submit via forms, email or chat.
- Project data — briefs, assets, credentials and files you share with us as a client (processed under our service agreement).
- Usage data — anonymized analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) loaded only after cookie consent where required.
- Billing data — invoices and payment references (card processing is handled by our payment processors; we never store card numbers).
3 · How we use it
- Responding to inquiries and providing quotes (legitimate interest / pre-contract).
- Delivering contracted services and support (contract).
- Sending our newsletter where you opted in (consent — withdraw anytime).
- Improving the website via consented analytics (consent).
- Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4 · Sharing & processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors acting on our instructions — hosting providers, email/CRM tooling, analytics (privacy-focused), payment processors and professional advisers — under contracts that bind them to equivalent protection. Where data crosses borders (for example, EU data processed with providers in other jurisdictions), we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism.
5 · Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months, client project data for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (tax/contract limitation), and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Data is then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
6 · Your rights
Depending on your region you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. California residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email privacy@alify.agency; we respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority.
7 · Security
We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, MFA on internal systems, and periodic access reviews. No method of transmission is 100% secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
