Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1 · Fixed-price projects

Projects are billed at milestones (typically 40/40/20). You may cancel at any point in writing. Work performed up to cancellation is billable on a pro-rata basis against the current milestone; the remainder of any payment covering unperformed work is refunded within 14 days.

2 · Before kickoff

Cancel before work begins and the initial payment is refunded in full, minus a scheduling fee of 10% (which covers the team time we reserved for you).

3 · After delivery milestones

Approved milestone work is final and non-refundable — approval is what moves the project forward. If you dispute quality within a milestone's review window, we will first work to fix it; if we can't resolve it, that milestone payment is refunded and the project closed.

4 · Monthly retainers

Retainers (SEO, marketing, content, design, care plans) can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Retainer fees for the current period are non-refundable once the period has started, as capacity is reserved for you.

5 · Our guarantees

If the first design direction demonstrably misses the agreed brief, we restart that phase at our cost or refund the relevant milestone — your choice. Every build includes a 30-day post-launch defect-fix window at no charge.

6 · How to request

Email billing@alify.agency with your project name and request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction override anything here that conflicts with them.
